The mission of Puro Wireless is to provide wireless internet access and services to the under-served non-metropolitan communities of Costa Rica.

Meet Our Team

Perry Shenas - Co-founder

Perry brings more than 22 years of technical and management experience to Puro Wireless. He is currently the founder and owner of DocumenTree Inc.(www.documentree.com), serving companies worldwide in over 50 countries, providing business class online document management services.

Prior to founding DocumenTree, Perry managed the 'Internet Traffic Server' product line for the Inktomi Corporation, a California company that provided software for Internet Service Providers.

Before Inktomi, he provided contract software development services to many large corporate customers including Microsoft, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Guess Jeans International, ADP, Hongkong and Shanghai Bank, Merril Lynch, Gateway Computers, & Hewlett-Packard.

Perry was born and raised in San Diego, California and holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
